It Ain't Over Till It's Over

Ok folks, here is what I was able to verify through Jim Kouri who I know to be a very reliable and credible source:

LAWSUIT CONTINUES OVER OBAMA'S BIRTH RECORDS

Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Pennsylvania attorney who filed a lawsuit suit against Barack H. Obama, challenging Senator Obama's lack of "qualifications" to serve as President of the United States, filed a Writ of Certiorari in the United States Supreme Court. Berg is taking legal action in order to view President-Elect Barack Obama's birth certificate and other similar documents.

Surprisingly, no one has seen Obama's birth records and any effort to view them has been thwarted by his campaign and the so-called mainstream news media.

Berg's writ requests review of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Judge Surrick's dismissal of Philip J. Berg's lawsuit against Barack H. Obama, Jr., the Democrat National Committee and the other co-Defendants.

According to court documents, the US Supreme Court has set dates in which Barack Obama, the DNC and all co-Defendants are to respond to the Writ, which is on or before December 1, 2008.

Mr. Berg told NewsWithView. Com, "I look forward to receiving Defendant Obama's response to the Writ and am hopeful the US Supreme Court will review Berg v. Obama. I believe Mr. Obama is not a constitutionally- qualified natural-born citizen and is ineligible to assume the office of President of the United States."

More At Atlas Shrugs

"I can see a unanimous Court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate, " says Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer. "They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution. Even the most liberal justices, however loathe they may to do this, still consider themselves guardians of the Constitution. The Court is very jealous of its power - even over presidents, even over presidents-elect. "

I also know Raymond Kraft to be a very reliable and credible source as well.

Emanuel Director Of Freddie Mac During Scandal

CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN FOLKS !

Barack Obama's chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, served on the board of directors of Freddie Mac at when the scandal was brewing and the board failed to spot "red flags," according to government reports reviewed by ABCNews.com.

A complaint later filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, alleged Freddie Mac, known formally as the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, misreported profits by billions of dollars in order to deceive investors between the years 2000 and 2002.

Although Emanuel was not named in the SEC complaint the entire board was later accused by the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight of "failing in its duty to follow up on matters brought to its attention."

ObamaNation Teacher Berates Student For McCain

Breitbart.tv recently published this video:

"It's a senseless war! And by the way, Kathy, the person that you're picking for president said that our troops could stay in Iraq for another hundred years if they need to! So that means that your daddy could stay in the military for another hundred years!"

Here it is folks, PROOF of what I have been saying for years, how our children are being indoctrinated by liberal teachers in the public school system. Can you imagine this poor girl who wiilingly partcipates in class at the behest of the teacher, only to be singled out and berated by that teacher for her choice of candidates. I doubt that she will be so quick to willingly offer any more answers for fear of beratement.

This is an absolute outrage. This teacher should be required to apologize to this girl in the classroom in front of ALL the students and be required to explain to the rest of the class why she was wrong to speak to "Kathy" in the manner she did. She may have caused some damage to this girls confidence level in a classroom setting. She may be afraid to openly participate again for fear of being belittled in front of the class.

Notice how she baits the students who favor McCain by saying "that's okay" putting them at ease to speak about why they do, only to berate them for their answer. Another thing, she uses the lord's name in vain when she hears that there are actually some students who "DARE" support anyone but "the chosen one".

When a few of the students say McCain she says "Jesus". Now back in my day you wouldn't be saying that in school to students. I also disagree with her explaination that she can express her opinion as long as she doesn't brow beat her students. WRONG. Your opinion of a candidate, or elected official for that matter does not belong in an elementary school classroom setting.

The behavior of this teacher toward the student "Kathy" was inappropriate and certainly appeared discouraging to "Kathy". On top of it all, "Kathy's" father is in the military fighting for this country, the teacher should have had some respect for that fact regardless about how she feels about the war on terror or who should be President.

"Kathy" is the only one who gave the correct answer when asked why she was supporting McCain. " Because that's who my parents support". And that is the absolute truth with all of them. None of the kids for Obama could give any specific answer except for "Change" or "black president". Nor should they be expected to. Let them be kids, why should we stress them out with politics.

There are plenty of ways to teach about our political system without berating candidates or those supporting a candidate in a classroom setting. I hope that this teacher feels "proud" of herself. If that was my little girl in that class the teacher would be hearing from me personally.

Change We Can Believe In: Obama Stiffs Campaign Workers

According to WTHR.com several hundred people are still waiting to get their pay for last-minute campaigning for Barack Obama. Police were called to the Obama campaign office to control the crowd.

The line was long and the crowd was angry at times.

"I want my money today! It's my money. I want it right now!" yelled one former campaign worker.

A former spokesman for the Obama campaign said 375 people were hired as part of the Vote Corps program and said people signed up to work three-hour shifts at a time. Three hours of canvassing got workers a $30 pre-paid Visa card.

The workers showed up to get their cards Wednesday morning at 10:00 am.

"There was a note on the door saying 1:00 pm and then at 1:20 pm everybody was like why is nobody here. They just got here and they're trying to get it organized," said Heather Richards, a former campaign worker.

Eventually people did start getting paid, but some said they were missing hours and told to fill in paperwork making their claim and that eventually they would get a check in the mail.

"Still that's not right. I'm disappointed. I'm glad for the president, but I'm disappointed in this system," said Diane Jefferson, temporary campaign worker.

"It should have been $480. It's $230," said Imani Sankofa.

"They gave us $10 an hour. So we added it. I added up all the hours so it was supposed to be at least $120. All I get is $90," said Charles Martin.

"I worked nine hours a day for 4 days and got paid half of what I should have earned," said Randall Waldon.

"Talking about they'll mail it to us. I ain't worried about that, man. They're not going to mail nothin'," said Martin.

Oh Boy folks, and Obama is not even in office yet, wait until he tries to tell these people that he cannot keep his initial campaign promises.

Talibums to Obama: End War in Afghanistan

The Times of India is reporting that he Taliban has asked President-elect Obama to end the war in Afghanistan.

Reacting to Obama's victory, top Taliban spokesman Qari Muhammad Yousaf Ahmadi told reporters:

"We want to tell the world and the West to pull out their troops from Afghanistan as the (party of US President George W Bush) has lost the race because of their flawed polices."

Another Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said it would be "unwise" if Obama tried to solve the Afghan problem militarily. He said it would be "wrong thinking" if Obama tried to increase US forces in Afghanistan to "make Afghans slaves".

"We are hopeful that Obama will withdraw forces from Afghanistan. The US should try to solve its financial crisis instead of keeping troops in Afghanistan, " he said.

Ahmadi said the new President should bring an end to fighting and begin a new era of peace in the world.
"The US President should end the continuing era of war and begin a new era of peace," he said.

"We do not have much expectations. But despite that we will see. If Obama sends more troops to the war-ravaged country, jihad and resistance will be continued."

Sharia Finance Expert Warns Obama: Avoid Islamic Finance

Frank Gaffney of the Center for Security Policy warns that the president-elect should avoid financing his great society with tainted Islamic-correct petro dollars, saying their strings might be attached inextricably to the nation's worst extremist enemies.

Few are focusing on Thursday, the day the U.S. Treasury Department will embrace the so-called "Shariah-Compliant Finance" or SCF.

If "Shariah" doesn't ring any bells other than sounding foreign and somewhat ominous, it is simply the "religio-political-legal code authoritative Islam seeks to impose worldwide under a global theocracy," Gaffney said.

The Treasury Department will host a "seminar for the policy community" entitled "Islamic Finance 101," and it's all about getting warm and fuzzy with SCF. Co-sponsoring the event is the Islamic Finance Project at Harvard Law School.

Harvard has benefitted mightily from the infusion of millions of dollars from a Wahhabi Saudi prince and his government, Gaffney said.

U.S. financial institutions, reeling from the credit crunch, are hungrily eyeballing more than $1 trillion in petrodollars, including Shariah-compliant bonds, mutual funds, mortgages, insurance, hedge funds, and real estate investment trusts.

Dow Jones Corp. has even created its own index for Islamic-correct investments: the Dow Jones Islamic Index, according to The Coalition to Stop Shariah.

Investors Business Daily recently examined Shariah-compliant finance and its involvement with investments and other transactions that have been structured to conform to the orthodox teachings of Islamic law.

"That means they can't charge or earn interest, the cornerstone of our credit-driven economy," the business publication advised. "Nor can they take any stake in 'haram,' or forbidden, industries, including meat and beverage producers (if they process any pork or alcohol); entertainment; gaming; and interest-based financing.

"Wall Street is jumping into this hot new market oblivious to the risks not just to the bottom line, but to national security. It knows little about Shariah law and is turning to consultants to create 'ethical' products to sell.

"Lost in the hype over these Muslim-friendly funds is that they must 'purify' their returns by transferring at least 3 percent into Islamic charities, many of which funnel funds to terrorists."

Arab Media Reactions to Obama's Election

Here is a collection of blurbs from the Arab Media on President-Elect Obama's election:

Al-Qaradhawi:
The Democrats Are Like a Snake That "Kill[s] You Slowly Without You Noticing" In a fatwa published on the eve of the U.S. elections, Sheikh Yousef Al-Qaradhawi expressed his preference for Sen. John McCain as president: "Personally, I would prefer for the Republican candidate, [John] McCain, to be elected. This is because I prefer the obvious enemy who does not hypocritically [conceal] his hostility toward you… to the enemy who wears a mask [of friendliness] ." Al-Qaradhawi added: "Whoever thinks that the Democrats are less hostile to [the Arabs] than the Republicans should know that the number of Iraqis killed during the siege [of Iraq] by the Democrat Bill Clinton is twice as high as the number of [Iraqis] killed by the Republican [George] Bush. "The Democrats kill you slowly without you noticing it - and therein lies the danger. They are like a snake whose touch is not felt until its poison enters your body. "Therefore, I hope that McCain comes to power, so that the motivation for jihad remains in our hearts, and so that we do not [begin to] rely on the infidels - [which will cause us] to be struck by the fire [of Hell]."

Iranian Daily:
"That Black Man" Will Never Change U.S. Policy In an editorial, the Iranian daily Jomhouri-ye Eslami stated: "The most that that black man can do in the White House is to replace some of the staff and change some ceremonial procedures. He will never manage to change the structure of the American regime, which was established by capitalists, Zionists, and racists." The paper added that President Obama would not bring change to the world, because both the Democrats and Republicans were party to the U.S.'s oppressive and interest-driven foreign policy. Therefore, it said, any changes that do occur would be tactical rather than strategic.

Syrian Daily:
"We Hereby Declare Obama the 44th President [Before It's Official]... Even If It Might Be Considered Irresponsible Journalism" In its headline, the Syrian daily Al-Watan named Obama president even before the official results were announced. The editorial that accompanied the headline explained: "We wanted to declare Obama president... as a show of solidarity with millions of Americans, Arabs, and colleagues in the world media who [all] yearn for 'change' in U.S. foreign policy. They are all betting on Obama - who has been waving the slogan [of change]… in hope that he will be different not only in the color of his skin, but also in his view regarding Washington's policy towards the world… "Some claim that if Obama wins he will be no better than Bush, if not worse... They may be right, since it is well known that no American president has ever stood on the side of the Arabs - rather, they have all stood on the side of Israel… "Yesterday was undoubtedly a long, exhausting, and historic day by any standard. The American people [voted] with a vigor not seen in any [previous] U.S. presidential election, in a bid to make history and change the ugly face of the U.S. "Out of respect for them and for everyone who voted for change, and out for respect for the souls of the Syrian, Iraqi, and Arab martyrs, we hereby declare Obama the 44th president of the U.S., even if it might be considered irresponsible journalism. We are sure that our readers will forgive us if we turn out to be wrong - [a possibility] for which we do not hope."

Saudi Daily: No Difference Between Obama and McCain The Saudi daily Al-Watan stated in an editorial:
"There is no significant difference between Obama and McCain. They disagree only on the means to achieve America's chief goal, which is to rule for another hundred years."

Al-Hayat Columnist/Al- Arabiya Deputy Director:
"The Faces [in the White House] Change in a Way That We Find Impressive" Daoud Al-Shiryan, columnist for the Saudi daily Al-Hayat and deputy director of Al-Arabiya TV, praised American democracy, comparing it to the nondemocratic processes in the Arab world: "The U.S. elections afford a kind of change that does not occur in the Arab 'democracies' ... The faces [in the White House] change in a way that we find impressive. "Over the next few days, the world will see a new staff [there], while the current names will forever disappear from the [stage of] American politics. The [current] stars of American politics will go home, and the day after they leave the White House, the American public will see them standing in line at the airport, at the supermarket, or at the dentist's office... "While America watches this turnover of personnel [in the White House]... the Arabs are following [attempts in] Algeria to amend the constitution and remove the restriction on the number of consecutive terms allowed the president - so that 'Abd Al-'Aziz Bouteflika can continue with a third term in office, and perhaps [remain in office] until the end of his life. "In the past few days in Egypt, the [ruling] NDP party showed its impressive ability to retain the same people over three decades. [Egypt] uses ballots just like the U.S. - but does so the Arab way. " The situation is similar in the other Arab democratic republics as well..."

Arab Paper: Obama Win Allows Islam to "Impose its Point of View on World"

An editorial appeared in the Al Quds Al Arabi newspaper on November 3 written by Abdelbari Atwan, the first journalist to have met with Osama bin Laden. Titled "Obama's Historic Intifada," Atwan praises the probable election of Barack Obama and claims that with Obama in the White House, Islam will be able to "impose its point of view" on the world.

As expected, his editorial denounces the Bush administration because it is "controlled by Zionists who want to destroy the Arab world and Islam." Displaying true Muslim thinking, Atwan claims that all Middle Eastern countries have been under the control of Israel, even though they have the "largest wealth" in the world in petrodollars.

The most alarming part of Atwan's editorial is that he imagines that with Obama in office, Islam will be able to use its oil wealth to control the world.

We have the largest wealth and could save the world from the crisis. If these resources are properly harnessed, we could impose our point of view and serve our cause. The conditions are now fulfilled for the Arabs use their wealth to obtain a U.S. Promise favorable and correct historical mistakes committed in Palestine.

Atwan is echoing the feeling in the Mid East that a Barack Obama will look upon them with favor or will be so weak that he will not be able to stop Islam from "imposing" its "point of view" upon the world.

The most pressing question that Americans have is: should we support a man for President of the United States that our enemies imagine to be on their side?

THE MCCAIN-PALIN LANDSLIDE ?

The website WWW.MarstonChronicles.info posted the following piece on the site. It's interesting reading and informative at the same time:

Your first thought is that I am drunk on Kool-Aid when you see this title. I am going to show you why I am so sure about this prediction. Your next question is why should anyone pay any attention to me about such a ridiculous prediction. The answer is that in 45 years in politics, I have never been wrong about an election call even when I was called crazy. That includes get elected to office to prove I was right about winning an election. See my biography for details. I have to be very sure to risk a 45 year reputation so remember that you read it here first.

The next question is how could I possibly be so sure when the polls are predicting the exact opposite? Because I know the polls are wrong since they are not properly taking into account the P.U.M.A. Factor. I have explained previously that the mere fact that the polls violently disagree with each other is proof of something seriously amiss with the polling models. See my article on The P.U.M.A. Factor. On November 1st, I posted an article entitled How Big is the P.U.M.A. Factor?

That article pointed out that, at the time I wrote it, it required only a total of 493,636 PUMA voters in North Carolina, Florida, Ohio, Virginia, and Colorado to produce a tie in the electoral votes. Add a mere 35,935 more in Nevada and McCain-Palin wins. At the time, I was almost ready to bet the ranch that there were 529,571 PUMA voters in those six states, but I waited another 24 hours to make sure. Now the trend is so clear that it is obvious to me that a McCain-Palin landslide is in the works. It is amazing how few people in politics never apply some fairly simple mathematics to see what is going to happen in the next election.

Let us begin by repeating the table showing how few PUMA voters are required for McCain-Palin to win from my previous article. That table listed all battleground states where McCain-Palin was less than 13 points behind in the Real Clear Politics averages in those states.

See the rest of the article for the tables and more of the article: The McCain-Plain Landslide
