Michael Jackson found not guilty

After 32 hours of deliberations, a jury in Santa Maria, Calif., declared pop star Michael Jackson not guilty on all 10 counts of child-molestation and conspiracy charges.

Jackson, who had appeared stoic during the trial, cried as the verdicts were read, according to an ABC reporter in the courtroom.

The singer, 46, had been charged with molesting a 13-year-old cancer survivor, plying him with alcohol and conspiring to coerce the boy and his family into rebuting a damaging television documentary.

Jackson told interviewer Martin Bashir in the documentary "Living With Michael Jackson" that he allowed children into his bed, insisting it was non-sexual.

Prosecutors portrayed Jackson as a pedophile who lured boys into his bed. The defense hit back at the accuser and his family, describing them as con artists
